Hello fellow Songwriter,

I'm so excited that you're here. I created this space to be a place where you can come to to get some inspiration, tools, and to just be yourself.

You, being a songwriter, are likely more sensitive than others. You are probably way too hard on yourself, about your career, your love-life, your messiness (or is that just me?)!  You enjoy your time alone, writing about the mysteries of life, and of course, your broken heart. I know, because I am the same.

I have been writing songs, and singing them for almost 20 years. A really long time. It is one of the only constants in my life, and a gift I thank my lucky stars for as often as I can.

Over the years, I've learned SO MUCH about myself and the craft of songwriting. I've gone on retreats, taken workshops, classes, co-written, you name it.

One of the things that I'm most proud of and was also the catalyst for big change, was my project "Song in Your Box", where I wrote one song a week for a year. I learned so much about creativity, inspiration, commitment, dedication, and a myriad of other things.

I run my own Song a Week course so that we can do it together and reap all the benefits (and there are so many) of doing a project like that.  Don't worry, mine is only 8 weeks- not 52! Sign up to get your name on the waitlist.

I also wrote a book about it. Coming out in late 2018. It chronicles my year of "Song in Your Box" and the best part is that it's multimedia so you can hear all the songs from that project. You'll learn creativity tips and lyric writing tips and you'll be so inspired to work on your own songs to make them the best they can be. I'm super stoked about it.

And last, but certainly not least, is my album, Little Red Heart.
8 (!) of the 11 songs, are actually from my project. So you hear them when they were little baby songs, and the end product after they matured in the studio. Isn't it so fun to hear the evolution of songs? It's one of my favorite things!

There's more....but you got places to go and songs to sing. I get it.
